Leadership Development

Theta Delta Sigma offers members the opportunity to develop their personal, professional, and leadership skills through a variety of workshops and, coming soon, online learning resources and training. With our members' development in mind, we continue to provide educational opportunities that support their development and help make them inspired, independent, individuals.

Collegiate Officer Leadership Academy

Theta Delta Sigma's approach to training its chapter officers is the Collegiate Officers Leadership Academy. This event is designed to develop leadership skills, set goals, and connect to the values of the organization. Furthermore, this program provides an opportunity for individuals to network and a forum to explore best practices and tips for success as it relates to chapter operations, recruitment, new member orientation, and event planning. Each chapter is expected to send it's executive committee to the Collegiate Officer Leadership Academy annually. Chapters in need of additional assistance throughout the year can request on-site training to supplement their learning.

Industry Initiatives

In addition to leadership development opportunities hosted by Theta Delta Sigma, our Siblings have the opportunity to join our fraternal friends at various regional and national leadership development conferences. Theta Delta Sigma offers a limited number of scholarship opportunities to collegiate members who may need financial support to be able to attend some of these programs.

AFLV LeaderShape Institute

Participants explore not only what they want to do and who they want to be, but will explore these important personal and community focused skills and philosophy all under the umbrella of shared fraternal values.
